Timepath Product Update – September 2025

At Timepath, we're always working to improve our products and give you more control, flexibility, and creative freedom. This month, we're excited to announce some key updates to our Liveblog, Timeline, and Collections products

Liveblog – iFrame & Script

We've supercharged our Liveblog to help you create a more integrated and flexible experience for your readers. Previously, you could only embed a liveblog using an iFrame, which was simple but limited your design options.

Now, you have a choice: stick with the convenient iFrame or use our new script option. The script provides a huge boost to your liveblog's design and SEO, letting you:

• Improve your liveblog's SEO: When embedded via script, your liveblog content is directly indexed by search engines, making it a true part of your website's content and improving its visibility.

• Match your brand's look and feel: The script option automatically adopts your website's CSS, so it blends in seamlessly. This includes automatically adjusting for dark mode, creating a consistent experience for your users.

The script option means your liveblog is no longer a separate element on your page; it's a fully integrated part of your website, giving you complete creative control

Vertical Timeline – Expand & collapse vertically

We know that a timeline can sometimes take up a lot of space. To make sure your articles stay clean and easy to read while still providing all the necessary context, we've added an expand/collapse option for our Vertical Timeline templates.

Now, a vertical timeline will appear as a compact design, allowing readers to see the most important information at a glance. With a single click, they can expand it to view the full story. This gives your readers more control over their reading experience and helps you present information in a smarter, less intrusive way.

We're also working to make your timelines even more visual. We will soon be introducing image generation, so you can effortlessly enrich your timeline stories with high-quality images created with AI.

Collections – Expanded design options

Our Collections product is becoming more versatile than ever. With the latest update, you can style and manage collections more easily:

• Choose from more fonts and font styles to match the look of your brand or article. Think headings, paragraphs, dates, and label styles.

• Script feature will be introduced soon so your collections will blend in easily with your website content, improving internal linking and boosting SEO performance of articles that contains collections.
