(Alicia Boler David ) I attended a high school program at the General Motors Institute and i decided I wanted to work there.I completed my bachelor's degree in chemical engineering at Northwestern University. I was the first generation of my family to attend college, 

 Marriage 

 

 

 

My husband , Fitzgerlard , and i have two boys , 10 and 13 . I also have a stepdaughter whos 24 . Were all here in Michigan . We spend a lot of our time together with our boys going to sporting events . We like to ski and travel together . I was born in Detroit , so I have a lot of extended family also here . Family is central to our lives .

I became the sixth woman to be named Black Engineer of the Year in 2018, I was included in the 2013 Fortune magazine top 10 most powerful women in the automotive industry, and was named the 2016 Trumpet Awards Corporate Executive of the Year .I am one of  the star executive who just became an independent director at one of the world's biggest banks . The Alumnae Award recognizes me as a woman who has brought honor to Northwestern University through outstanding professional contributions in her field and who has attained national recognition. Established in 1976, the Alumnae Award had been presented every year to an alumna who has had a significant impact in her field of endeavor. Educators, journalists, doctors, scientists, and artists are included among The Alumnae’s roster of awardees. In My field and who has attained national recognition. Established in 1976, the Alumnae Award has been presented every year to an alumna who has had a significant impact in the  field of endeavor.  I had been the CEO of Alto Pharmacy, LLC since 2022. Prior to joining Alto,I  served in leadership roles at Amazon.com, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Global Customer Fulfillment from 2021 to 2022 and member of the Senior Team (S-Team) from 2020 to 2022. Prior to My roles at Amazon, I spent nearly 25 years at General Motors where I became Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Labor Relations in 2016. I have never been arrested . 

Impactful Event #3

I served as a director of General Mills, Inc. from 2016 to 2019. received a Master of Science and an Honorary Doctor of Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and received an M.B.A. from Indiana University. Numerous organizations and publications have recognized me for  professional accomplishments and community service. Of note, in 2014  I was one of the woman/women named as the  Technologist of the Year by Women of Color magazine. In 2013, Fortune magazine named  me one of the 10 most powerful women in the automotive industry  In 2010, Automotive News included me in its list of the 100 Leading Women in the North American Automotive Industry. I've been leading high-performing teams through complex environments at global companies

I  holded a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Northwestern University, also received a master’s degree in engineering science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from Indiana University. I began my GM career in 1994 as a manufacturing engineer at the Midsize/Luxury Car Division in Warren, Michigan. During my career, I   held many positions of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, engineering, and product development. I was senior vice president, Global Connected Customer Experience at GM, where I led the company’s connected customer activities, including infotainment, OnStar, and GM’s Urban Active personal mobility initiatives. 

As of Today 

 

 

 

I achived so many accomplishments including being named as an Black Engineer of the Year by the US Black Engineer Magazine, Technologist of the Year by Women of Color Magazine, and championing and  advising young women in the automotive industry. I also created   a short videos at the Motor Press Guild, that you can find on youtube . I announced that I  would become the new CEO of Alto Pharmacy, a digital pharmacy startup with about a billion in the revenue and so much employees, starting in September , I was so happy for this . I Joined Amazon as VP of Global Customer Fulfillment and was subsequently promoted to SVP of Global Customer Fulfillment. My role was included leading fulfillment, customer service, and robotics globally. I was surprised when I was told that I became one of Amazon's most high-profile executives, especially in leading much of the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including doubling the fulfillment network, overhauling more than a bunch of warehouses, and hiring lots of people . From managing a Cadillac Escalade plant in Texas to heading up global manufacturing and labor relations, I  had designed a skyrocket that led into the top ranks .  I had been the CEO of Alto Pharmacy, LLC since 2022. Prior to joining Alto, I served in leadership roles at Amazon.com , And I am Alicia Boler Davis
