A man by the name of Matthew Hughes broke into Eminem’s kitchen with a paving stone. When the rapper woke up, Hughes was standing behind him. He told Eminem that he was there to murder him. Hughes was charged with first-degree home invasion. He was also charged with the malicious destruction of property.
